Our Terms & Conditions
Hello, our goal is to be fair and reasonable. We understand things come up in terms of an emergency and you are unable to do your tour. Please just give us as much notice as possible in terms of days (at least 7 days is best if possible).
Like you, we would like to do the tour or activity, but we understand things come up.
– Should your ship be unable to dock, and you are therefore unable to take your tour, then your payment will be refunded in full. We provide a 100% refund guarantee immediately. Trust this meets your approval. It is only fair.
– We provide a full refunds if given at least 7 days notice of no longer requiring our services. Again trust this meets your approval. We just want our customers to be happy.
– We provide a full refunds due to illness if given 48 hours notice of being too ill to travel (a doctor note would be amazing if possible. Unfortunately some people let the system down which is unfair on us as we have everything planned and ready for your arrival). But if you fall ill, we understand. Again we just want our customers to be happy.
– Please note cancelling the morning of the tour is unlikely for a refund, please understand we have the day organised with everything booked in including all the required activities, entrance fees, and shows). I trust this makes sense, we are very good at what we do and you will have a great day.
