The global phenomenon Jesus Christ Superstar comes to Auckland this October as part of its major international tour. Following acclaimed, sold-out seasons in London and extensive tours of North America, the UK and Australia, the Olivier Award-winning revival of Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s celebrated musical features a dazzling international cast.
With a legendary rock score that includes "I Don’t Know How to Love Him", "Gethsemane" and "Superstar", the musical explores the extraordinary events leading to the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ through the eyes of his betrayer, Judas Iscariot.
Told entirely through song, the story delves into the complex relationships and struggles between Jesus, Judas, Mary Magdalene, the disciples, their followers and the Roman Empire.
Join our day trip to the 1pm matinee performances at the stunning Civic Theatre in central Auckland on Sunday 1st November 2026 - sit back and relax on our comfortable tour coach and let us look after the driving as we drop you right outside the theatre door.
The tour charge includes transport to and from Auckland and premium seats at the show, plus morning tea on the way to Auckland. With a range of meeting points, we have all areas covered. We include stops for morning tea (included) and lunch on the way to Auckland plus a dinner stop on the way home.
Please note that lunch and dinner are at your own cost as these are not included in the ticket price.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card, a 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments. An invoice will be sent to the person making the booking. Pickup times will be advised once all bookings are made.

If you require a home pick up and drop off this can be arranged for an additional $25 per address for Tauranga and Papamoa areas only. Other areas by arrangement, additional charges may apply.
