Please read these notes before you complete the booking form.

Enter the details of the day trip you want to book and the date if there is more than one option given on the website.

Select the Pickup location that best suits you. A home pickup is available for an extra $25 per address, withing a reasonable distance from our standard pickup locations. We will confirm if this is possible when we accept your booking.

Then enter your own personal details on this form as the lead person making the booking.
​
Once you have entered your details, confirm how many people you are booking for, then add their names if needed.

If you live in a Retirement Village or gated community please enter the name of the village and your unit number if you are requiring a home pickup.

Fields marked with an asterisk* must be completed and if not will be highlighted with a red border when you try to submit the form.
​​
When you have completed all the required fields click on the yellow "Submit button" at the bottom of the form, when your form has been successfully submitted a message will show on the screen.

We will contact you to confirm availability. Once the minimum numbers have been met, we will send you an invoice.

Payment in full will be required 30 days prior to the trip.
​​​
​You can "opt out" of receiving our email newsletter, just un-tick the box at the bottom of the form.

Please tell us if anyone in your group has any mobility, health or medical issues that could impact on their ability to take this trip. This information allows us to make sure that any special needs can be met, and suitable support given as needed.
